Transportation After Surgery

Friends of the Family hospital discharge transportation service provides same-day, door-to-door transportation to individuals who have a health or disability condition that might prevent their ability to use standard transportation or those who lack other accommodations for transportation following discharge from the hospital. This service also helps riders whose mobility needs impair their ability to travel following a hospital stay or outpatient procedure.
