When to use us:
- You or your loved one is discharged from a nursing home or hospital

We have a contract with a supply company to order
anything you need to make life a little easier, plus we have many great ideas
for what you may need. On the Assessment we will walk around your house and give
you suggestions-of course the final decision is entirely up to you.
