“Nurse-on-Board”
“Nurse-on-Board,” also known as doctor
appointment documentation, is one of our most popular services. When you or a
loved one has a doctor appointment, we will drive you to this appointment. We
will speak to the doctor about all pertinent aspects, such as progress, moods,
appetites, and medications. Everything discussed in the appointment is
documented and taken to the power of attorney. We want family members to feel as
though they were at the appointment; therefore, all information is reviewed in
full, such as new medications and special instructions from the physician.
