Q: What makes Friends of the Family, LLC
different from other companies?
A: We pay our employees better than
industry-average to obtain and retain the best caregivers available. Our
charting system remains in the home of our clients; this way, you will know
everything that was done during the time of our stay. We are always available
for questions and concerns 24/7.
Q: What are the rates for your home health
care services?
A: Rates will vary on the level of
care/services.
Q: I feel uncomfortable leaving my loved
one with a stranger. How do I know that my family member and our belongings will
be safe?
A: Because we are a small company, you can
trust our employees are reliable and professional. We do not steal, we stay
awake all night if necessary, and we make certain that all shifts are covered.
Q: Is someone available at all times in
case I have an emergency?
A: Yes, we
are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In fact we do not have Mangers or
schedulers! If you ever have an issue/concern our owner Geoff Scott will readily
make himself available to meet or speak with you. No run around when you work
with friends of the family!!
